Thanks Sander! We'll see how it works out with them. They have js programmers internally, so I was thinking that it might not be as foreign to them as TypeScript, but I certainly see your point about the technology. If fact, even if we build the app in Angular1, they might not have a desire to work on it internally anyway.
There are no SEO worries on this project. It's a rather unusual project, but I think it will be exciting! Regardless of how it turns out, I certainly do appreciate your input.
