I prefer the template way for simple, one-off forms. In this case, the 
declarative way makes it easier to maintain, and it expresses the intent 
quite clear in the template!

I don't really like the imperative way of forms,  Its just not as clear as 
the declarative templates. However, if you have the need for a more dynamic 
form, for example, forms driven from a data-source, and managed by a 
system, the json driven way is easier to implement.
