Thanks Michael. I looked at Material1 and the dynamic tab component suits 
my need. In addition i would like these tab components to host a set of 
dialog components that a user adds on the fly.  And state of each tab and 
the dialogs inside it needs to be saved. i think flex-layout just organizes 
components as a grid but not like hosting dialogs where one can overlap on 
the other. Any suggestions on this?
