Most of what you did looks good, what is the exact issue you are
experiencing?
One thing that springs to mind, is that this code:
this.viewer = new Cesium.Viewer('cesiumContainer');
should not be in a service, but in a component, and then probably in the
ngAfterViewInit hook.
