@Hardik, its not an issue, your node_modules is your own responsibility. If 
that gets out of sync somehow, the cause is unknown to any single package 
that's using it. Ultimately, it's NPM or yarnpkg that should keep this 
folder in working order, this has nothing to do with any angular related 
project.

@deco. did you try deleting the node_modules and the other steps I provided?
