Hi Daniel, I have been around in webRTC a bit and wondered why you came to the conclusion a PWA would not be suited. There are API's available to do almost anything with the camera(s) available on a mobile. So, unless you are specifically targeting some phones, I think you might want to take a second look!
Yoy can work with a single code-base if you like. You can share most of the code. But if you are building 2 different experiences, you might not need/want to.
