Why does firebase timestamp saves whole date while using Angular2, like: Nov 3, 2017 00:00:00AM +UTC. Is there any way to get just date as, 11/3/2017, not the value afterwards? I am looking forward to compare the the date with current day's date. I am newbie, and trying to learn, but just got stuck here since 2 days.
