Thanks for getting back to me.

The isDevMode looks like a flag, which I am not looking for.
I got this information by importing the environment file.

I see the ng-non-bindablle if for the actual views.
I am looking for this type of functionality but in the .ts files so that I
can mark a section of code to not be compiled.
