Can you provide a sample of your problem in a stackblitz? that makes it 
easier for us to help you.
I suspect that you iterate on an array, and push a new record to that 
array. As this doesn't update the reference of the array, the ngFor will 
not pick up the new element in the array right away.(well, not without 
help). Does the view update if you create a different event that triggers 
changedetection?
