They also redirect to the Angular browser compatibility page

Look closely over the polyfills part in the last page, I think you are 
missing something.

Also, Kendo mentions that some of their widgets don't work, and you have to 
reflect back to their JQ version for those widgets to be able to run them 
in ancient browsers.

Personally, I stopped supporting IE many years ago. and it's about time 
that the rest of the industry does the same. Everybody, including MS is in 
agreement that none should be using IE anymore. By still doing so, you are 
facilitating users to keep an insecure environment alive, way past its time.
