Can you explain what you mean? You angular app runs on the client's 
computer and has no access to server-side API's 
Of course, you can extend the errorHandler 
<https://angular.io/api/core/ErrorHandler> to sends the results to a server.
 I'm not sure Tomcat provides an api to handle that.
