We have Angular 7 application with lazy loaded modules. Currently we are
using angular-cli for packaging the app but I got a requirement to try out
angular build using Gulp task runner. As far as I read angular-cli uses
webpack for bundling & code splitting of lazy loaded modules.

Will it possible to use gulp for the angular 7 project build? If yes, How
can I achieve code splitting & bundling of lazy loaded modules? I also need
know about html template & SASS bundling. I haven't found any good gulpfile
examples which includes angular > 2 projects with lazy loaded modules.
