Hi Siva, Its not AngularJS7 its just Angular 7. Since we code in typescript in Angular 2 and above (I know typescript is also a wrapper on JS). Firstly you need to have knowledge of node modules. Try out creating a simple POC kind of project using Angular 7 (Refer angular.io documentation it is the best).
