Hi,

I'd like to suggest a small addition to
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-anima-reference-model-01#section-4.2,
namely an
extra bullet in the list:

<t>Stability: The addressing scheme should be as stable as possible. However,
implementations
need to be able to recover from unexpected address changes. </t>

These aren't empty words - I've had to do quite a bit of work on the GRASP
prototype to make it resistant to IPv6 address changes.

It might be useful to expand on this point a bit in the ACP draft, too.
For example, should a node store its current ULA prefix in stable storage
for use after a reboot? What happens after a CPU sleep/wakeup cycle?

Regards
   Brian
