I have posted two versions of BRSKI this morning.
This is intentional!!

I had posted a diff URL against the github copy that was the current state of
responding to the IESG DISCUSS.

One of the fixes is for a very long line example in the appendix.
The result is that the diff is very wide and hard to read.

I have uploaded -23, which is identical to -22, but has the long line
wrapped.  You can see it here:

I have uploaded -24, which has all the changes made, and you can see it
