1) the use case for operating over native BTLE is not as yet accepted by
   brski-async-enroll.   The recent discussion about whether we can reuse the
   CSR process from sztp is part of that discussion.

2) there are many use cases where BTLE is not involved, and remaining in
   a JOSE/JSON ecosystem is very valuable. (Particularly to some
   Enterprise/Industrial types who are just replacing COBOL with J2EE)
   Having a single format for "everything" is sometimes better than
   a super-optimized format for a single edge case, which might not even
   be particularly power constrained now.

3) I haven't made enough time for the running code, although I think I can
   show something by end of summer.
