Yeah, that might be wrong in the end.

RFC7030 will get an Updated By from the draft, so that link might stronger.
I'm working on examples, which should be done in a week or so, at which point
the document could be adopted by LAMPS.

Unfortunately, it would appear that the changes will be bits-on-the-wire
changes for the RFC8994 use case.
