That's what I had in mind.

We defined EST-TLS as the objective for the Join-Proxy discovery of
Registrar, but we left AN_Proxy as empty string.

We can make it smaller only really by omitting things/features.
M_FLOODs fit into single 802.15.4 packets already, I think.
