Rob we have been working on responses to your AD comments and thread at:
  https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/last-call/WJGNmZ0s3-FtKz4DE-6HhjzacuA/

I think that somewhere in the thread you mentioned that you thought the
document should be returned to the WG for a second WGLC?

In -13 (not yet published: our discussions ended after deadline), we have
made changes to bits-on-the-wire representation for the stateless case.
We published -12 this week, which contains all other changes.

The WG should form an opinion about that, and my notes below explain this.

We have made the following significant changes since -10.
These can be viewed at:

https://author-tools.ietf.org/diff?doc_1=draft-ietf-anima-constrained-join-proxy-10&url_2=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anima-wg/constrained-join-proxy/encrypted-jpy/draft-ietf-anima-constrained-join-proxy.txt

1. We moved the bulk of the discovery description from constrained-join-proxy
to section 10 of constrained-voucher.

https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-anima-constrained-voucher-18.html#name-extensions-to-discovery

In constrained-join-proxy, we extend the GRASP to cover the stateless case
only at:

https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-anima-constrained-join-proxy-11.html#name-grasp-discovery

2. We made figure 1 a bit more complex to show the mesh situation.

3. We changed the statement about implementation of the two states:

A Join Proxy MAY implement both. -> A Join Proxy MUST implement both.

{MCR: I'm really not sure that this is the right statement at all}

4. We changed the JPY_message from being standardized to being opaque.
There is a suggestion on how to use it, but it now is much closer to how
the CoAP Extended Token (RFC8974) works!

This part did not get into draft version -11 (will be in -12), but the pull
request (now merged) can be found at:
   https://github.com/anima-wg/constrained-join-proxy/pull/31/files

THIS IS A BITS ON THE WIRE CHANGE during WGLC.
The WG needs to review this.

I think that these are the major points.
