Hi, Michael also was somewhat in favor of streamlining but didn't want us to rewrite the entire document. That was also not my intention.
I've created a PR with current work in progress/status here: https://github.com/anima-wg/constrained-voucher/pull/271/files The only pending item here is review the RPK section and check that all the required procedures for it are included. In the new streamlined setup, using RPK is a distinct variant described in its own section mostly. Other sections point to it when needed.
