Hi all, This errata report refers to Section 4.3 of RFC 8995. Section 8.7, which registers "AN_join_registrar" in the GRASP Objective Names registry, points readers to Section 4.3.
In the IANA registry, should this errata report be listed as a second reference for "AN_join_registrar"? thanks, Amanda Baber IANA Operations Manager On Thu Nov 09 16:55:26 2023, rfc-edi...@rfc-editor.org wrote: > The following errata report has been verified for RFC8995, > "Bootstrapping Remote Secure Key Infrastructure (BRSKI)". > > -------------------------------------- > You may review the report below and at: > https://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/eid7576 > > -------------------------------------- > Status: Verified > Type: Technical > > Reported by: Michael Richardson <mcr+i...@sandelman.ca> > Date Reported: 2023-07-26 > Verified by: Rob Wilton (IESG) > > Section: 4.3 > > Original Text > ------------- > objective-value = text ; name of the (list of) supported > ; protocols: "EST-TLS" for RFC 7030. > > > Corrected Text > -------------- > objective-value = text ; name of the supported protocol, > ; e.g., "EST-TLS" for RFC 7030. > > > Notes > ----- > This objective does not support a list of supported protocols. > The comment in the example might lead people to conclude they can do > that. > > -------------------------------------- > RFC8995 (draft-ietf-anima-bootstrapping-keyinfra-45) > -------------------------------------- > Title : Bootstrapping Remote Secure Key Infrastructure > (BRSKI) > Publication Date : May 2021 > Author(s) : M.
