My review was done in three phases, starting with draft-ietf-anima-brski-prm-08 and eventually leading to draft-ietf-anima-brski-prm-14. There were major editorial changes that, in my opinion, significantly improved readability. In particular Section 7 "Exchanges and Artifacts" was mostly rewritten to be more consistent and to better convey the concept of separating artifacts from the underlying transport.
