Hi, I have one comment on draft-yao-anima-grasp-cats-metrics-distribution-00.
Section 4.3 says that the consumer ASA sends an M_REQ_SYN request with the target CSCI-ID and Metric_Type, and that the responder validates the target CSCI-ID. However, in the message format shown for M_REQ_SYN, the objective value appears to be just the initial value "0" indicating a CATS metrics request. It may be helpful to clarify whether the request is intended to carry selection fields such as CSCI-ID and Metric_Type explicitly, or whether the current format is meant to imply a more generic request for metrics. That distinction seems important for implementability, especially if the processing logic depends on targeted retrieval rather than a generic synchronization request.
