I have spent hours trying to figure out how to compile animata from the svn repository and have come to a standstill. It seems no matter what i do, either by svn-commands or rapidSVN, it seems the problem lies with the code.google.com and *http*://animata.googlecode.com URLs. Whenever i'm close to fetching the archive, there is either an invalid operation (code 400) or I am promted for username/password wich I honestly do not know how to create.
I have read practically every svn.-tutorial I could find but still i'm completely lost as how to fetch and compile this code. Could a kind person please, please guide me through the process? I severely need to comile re35 or newer for better OSC-control and this is my first contact with the (VERY confusing!) SVN-protocol. otherwise I simply LOVE this piece of software, the GUI and the entire concept really rocks compared to anything else open-source of this category I've ever tried so please, help me take my creativity one step further by enabling pd/OSC.
