Something like you have in it is not impossible, but we haven't really found any reasons to implement lighting yet. since we are using planar surfaces lighting effects would look the same what you can achieve with textures. i'm not familiar with after effects, so feel free to tell me if i'm wrong, and there would be a good use for this.
