On the video we have OSCeleton running in Windows7 64bit, the executable is precompiled for 32bit (look in the /bin/win32 directory) so it should work ok in 32bit windows too :) I've detected a couple of bugs that might cause the OSC message format to be wrong for animata. I'll try to solve it today / tomorrow and push the fix to github.
