Dear David,
As noted by Matthias, when the aim is to use the function
kerneloverlaphr, you can still use this function on objects of class
"kbbhrud". You just have to remove the following two lines at the
beginning of the function kerneloverlaphr:
if (!inherits(x, "khrud"))
stop("x should be of class khrud")
The next version of adehabitat (submitted in a couple of days) will
allow the use of this function on objects of class "kbbhrud".
