Hi Anne, I tested again on windows (xp) and the error message still pops up. Used qgis-dev from osgeo4w, rpy2 from the same installer, R 2.10 and the packages rgdal, adehabitat, gpclib and shapefiles. As said yesterday, an upgrade of R to 2.10 under Ubuntu linux 9.04 solved the problem.
