you can found a new result from AniMove for SEXTANTE plugin. Now thanks to this code: https://github.com/fccoelho/spatialKDE/blob/master/kernel.py i'm able to create a raster (gtiff) file of kernel density estimation. The last step it to convert raster to polygon vector layer.
