In Permissions, you have a field which says that - Allow anyone to view this annotation.If checked - it does not put the id and name into the read parameter under permissions....
I wanted to reverse that functionality such that, if its checked, i put the name and ID into the read parameter under permissions.... too n00b in JS.......
