Primarily, we need to get general +1's (as much as we can) from folks still here and interested in working together.
I'm also working on finding us a "Champion" http://incubator.apache.org/incubation/Process_Description.html#Establishment Once we have the proposal and a champion we can start the actual process of getting things setup within the Incubator process--and then it's just being a community together. :) I hope to connect with a Champion and get them introduced here sometime next week.
