Hi Folks,
Maybe somebody could point me at the following:
- I'm about to start work on a new book.
- I'd like to include review & comment capabilities a la annotator.js
- versioning would be a nice plus
- a good template that provides for outlining & content, side-by-side
would also be nice
Any pointers would be very much appreciated.
