AfriNIC is proud to be contributing to the Arab Internet Governance (AIGF) scheduled in Kuwait CIty in October 2012, to implement the Arab Regional Roadmap for Internet Governance.
A Multi-stakeholder open consultation meeting was held Beirut, Lebanon at the beginning of February 2012 to discuss the establishment of an Arab Internet Governance Forum (AIGF). In preparation for the first AIGF event later this year, the Secretariat has issued an invitation for experts from all stakeholder groups to be part of a Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group (MAG).
