Dear colleagues, Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius, 31 October 2019 Further to the resolution passed during the Africa internet Summit (AIS ’19) in Kampala, Uganda, in June 2019 to appoint PricewaterHouseCoopers as AFRINIC’s external auditor for the financial year 2019, the company indicates that it will be unavailable to conduct the exercise. Consequently, the Board is in the process of identifying another external auditor to carry out the exercise.
