**Highlights:**
* CodeQL look promising. Easily integrated and provides at least some code
quality metrics
* Chaos on last release cycle related to tools. CI did not catch ARM build
failures. BaseTools was updated and the pip was updated but the pip
requirements was not updated. Inconsistent state between dev tools and ci tools

* Risc V maintainer - Complaining about difficulty in all of the patches
and messages in the mailing list making it difficult to have discussions.
* Wiki - Needs updated - search for info is better on google than within
the wiki

**Static Code Analysis Status**
* 3 under evaluation Coverity, Clang, CodeQL
* CodeQL may be turned on in the near future as something is better than
nothing
