Thunderbird 1.5.0.12 to 2.0.0.6 major updates were released to beta users this morning (around 11:30am PDT).
One important point is that the localized Details pages, which explain why a user should upgrade, have not been pushed to production yet. These will be pushed to production later today. For the moment they default to the en-US version.
