Hi everyone, I forgot to clarify from the previous email: your responses will be kept confidential when submitted in the final report to the membership. Only the administrator of the survey (that's me) will be able to identify individual responses. I cannot get around this, as the survey is designed to only be sent to people in the email list. If we made it completely anonymous, anybody could respond, and multiple times, which is not what we're looking for.
Please be assured that only your responses without your identifying information (your email address) will be shared. If you have any further concerns you can email me or choose not to participate.
