It's been a long time coming, but I'm now pleased to announced that we have a table at C4 this year!
For those of you who are not familiar with C4, I've stolen the following line from their website (http://www.c4con.com): C4 is a three-day pop culture event held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on November 2nd, 3rd and 4th. The event features celebrity guests, comic book artists, exhibitors, costume contests, video rooms, gaming, and more. Patrick Stewart will be there. If it's good enough for Patrick Stewart, it's good enough for you. What SkullSpace needs: - Physical labor - In exchange for a free booth, we've promised C4 that we'd round up some able bodied people to help set up the con Thursday afternoon. If you're able to commit to helping us with the Con setup, starting noon on Thursday, let me know! - Table people - Two and a half days are a long time for any two people to sit behind a booth. If anybody is available to take booth shifts, it would be greatly appreciated. If you're interested, let me know! - Cool things to show off - The more cool stuff we can put on the table, the better. Any lock-picks, projects, or blinking lights would be greatly appreciated. However, the projects should physically fit on the table (no arcade machine). - Friendly people to talk to - If you're already a SkullSpace member or just thinking of becoming one, we would love to talk to you at the con.
