As most of you are aware, we have two vacant seats on our board. Members elected to these seats will hold them until the AGM at the end of February, at which time a new board will be elected. This election will be held at the next meeting, Tuesday November 27th.
As per our usual process, nominations close one week prior to the election. Please consider the deadline for nominations to be midnight tonight. After this time I will send out the slate of candidates along with instructions for voting. If you wish run in this election, please respond to me privately, before midnight tonight and I will add you to the ballot.
