Hi everyone, Ron is still out of town but the meeting will be at 6pm as usual.
Let me know if you have any topics for the agenda. We will have new direct debit forms for people to fill out. The forms are for members who want to give extra money to SkullSpace monthly. If you filled out a form when you joined and are not giving extra money to SkullSpace then you do not need to fill out another form. If you do not currently use direct debit but give a cash donation, please start putting the cash in an envelope with your name on it (they are in the black cabinet). I would like to start keeping track of what money is a donation and what money is to pay for food or drink. Could everyone please let me know if you plan to update your pad or not (off list please)? I would like to know how much extra money we can expect so we can plan accordingly. As many of you may have heard, unless we get another 10 full members, SkullSpace will be broke by October, 2014. This can be avoided by recruiting 10 more full members. In the meantime we are relying on donations to bring us closer to breaking even. I know there are a lot of people on announce who are not members. If you would like to join, please come to our meeting. If you cannot afford the membership fee but would still like to support us, we would be happy to accept a one time or monthly donation.
