The Tidewater Libertarian Party proposes to donate $250 toward the ballot
access fund, and challenges the other 9 districts (TLP currently represents the
2nd and 3rd congressional districts) to match that donation. If the other 9
districts match us, we will contribute an additional $250.

This is most welcome news. As most of you are aware, the state government
placed some rather nasty conditions on our ballot drive this year, and it has
cost us a lot of money and time. After this drive is over, the state party
will be completely out of money. We won't be in debt, but we won't have any
money for responding to new prospects, or supporting local parties, or much of
anything else.
Please consider matching the Tidewater LP's contribution via your local party,
or do it directly as a personal contribution.

Even if you can't afford a lump-sum contribution of $250, you can help us
immensely by starting up a monthly pledge. The minimum payment our credit-card

Even a $5/month pledge would be of immense help in getting us back on our feet
financially.
