Dear colleagues:
I hope all is well with you. I am writing to mention a matter for those
who may attend the 2014 LPVa convention on Saturday (Feb. 8), and who are
interested purchasing lunch (presumably as part of a full package purchase).
The Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport has requested that we provide the
final count by Wednesday (Feb. 5) of the number of lunches we shall
purchase. Thus, if you have not already registered for the convention and
intend to purchase a full package, please do so by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Please note that we may purchase a couple of extra lunches to provide
greater opportunity for "at the door" registrants to have lunch. Also, in
my experience, hotels usually include about 5% more food than is ordered to
allow for important last-minute arrivals.
However, if you do not purchase a full package by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
we cannot guarantee that a lunch will be available for you if you
subsequently purchase a full package. Of course, if you purchase a full
package and a lunch is not available for you, then if you wish we shall
reclassify your package as a basic package and refund the difference
between the package prices.
As always, thanks for your work for liberty. I hope to see you at the
convention on Saturday.
