The Maven team is pleased to annonunce the release of the Maven Eclipse plugin 2.2 for Maven 2.x
Issues fixed and improvements: [MECLIPSE-3] - Generation of eclipse projects requires that reactor projects have installed jars [MECLIPSE-11] - eclipse:eclipse still setting .classpath's output to wrong directory [MECLIPSE-71] - eclipse:clean delets too much [MECLIPSE-72] - wrong name of link is generated. [MECLIPSE-77] - Resource targetPath is relative to the project's output directory. [MECLIPSE-82] - eclipse:add-maven-repo does not work with $basedir [MECLIPSE-83] - ear projects should not be java projects [MECLIPSE-86] - Dependencies of type test-jar get added twice [MECLIPSE-87] - Eclipse plugin should not try to download sources of system dependencies [MECLIPSE-89] - Eclipse plugin should not try to resolve system dependencies paths relatively to project location. [MECLIPSE-90] - Provide a way to not generate .classpath and only a .project file [MECLIPSE-96] - Missing support for range of dependency versions [MECLIPSE-64] - Allow Natures and Builders to be Added instead of Replaced You can run mvn -U to get the latest version.
