We are releasing two Firefox ESR security updates today, 102.15.1 and 115.2.1.
These releases address a security issue which is known to have been exploited in other products already. While there have been no known attacks on Firefox at this time, it is recommended to install this update as soon as possible. Both are available for download from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/ or via automatic update within Firefox. The security advisory for these releases is available at: https://www.mozilla.org/security/advisories/mfsa2023-40/ As a reminder, there are no further planned releases shipping from the ESR102 branch. Installations on ESR102 will be automatically updated to Firefox ESR 115.3.0 when it is released on September 26. We strongly encourage organizations to test the new ESR115 version in their environment and provide feedback prior to automatic updates from the ESR102 channel being enabled in approximately one month's time.
