We are proud to announce OTRS 2.2.0 beta4 (Ipanema) today.
This is the latest release of OTRS 2.2.0, and contains some bug
fixes. For a complete list see below.

* Fixed bug in service and SLA tables to allow services and SLAs without

* Fixed attachment download problem
* Changed max shown escalated tickets in queue view to 30 (to improve speed of
escalation view in queue view).
* Added script bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl to rebuild/build default configuration
based on XML configuration files.
* Added script to convert a non utf-8 database to an utf-8 database.
* Added the ticket options Type, Service and SLA to the ticket print.
* Added TicketType?, Service and SLA option to stats module to improve
flexibility
of dynamic stats.
