Changes: ======== In case that the maximum amount of requests (currently 400) "MaxRequestsPerChild" is reached, Apache2 should have dropped the child process in order to create a new one. Due to an error within ActivePerl Package (Version 5.8.8.820) the creation of a new child process failed. Apache2 stopped itself with an error message, "Failed to create the child process". * Bug# 1878 [http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1878] * Bug# 1918 [http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1918] * Bug# 1938 [http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1938] The Bug was solved by a Downgrade to the last efficient ActivePerl Package (Version 5.8.8.819).
