We are proud to announce OTRS 2.1.8 (Playa Esmeralda) today. This is a patch level release of stable OTRS 2.1., which next to some bug fixes contains an advisory concerning a Security Vulnerability in OTRS 2.1.0-2.1.7 and OTRS 2.2.0-2.2.5. The OTRS team recommends all OTRS 2.1.x and 2.2.x users to upgrade to OTRS 2.2.6 which is released simultaneously to OTRS 2.1.8.
