The new OTRS 2.3. Windows Installer otrs4win 2.0.0 beta2
has been released.
During the beta release cycle, the current Windows Installer
provided as a workaround (announced Oct. 15th 2008) will be still
available.

* Added license pages with the GPL v1 and the Apache License v2.
* Updated NSIS framework to version 2.41.
* Updated CPAN module Digest::MD5 to version 2.38.
* Updated CPAN module Log::Dispatch to version 2.22.
