* Bug# 3981 - FAQ 1.6.1 showed an error when trying to link an
FAQ article to a ticket.

picture in an FAQ article caused errors.

not work. It was not possible to add an FAQ article
to the text body in AgentTicketPhone.

* Bug# 4025 - Can not search FAQ articles if the only search
parameter is the language. It was not possible to
search for e.g. all english FAQ articles, if no other
search parameter was set.

creating or changing something in an FAQ article,
there were duplicate entries in the history.

* Ported code to the OTRS 2.4 framework
* Changed inserting of FAQ articles in Phone- and Email-Ticket to
work with new FCKEditor.
* The FAQ module is now using the same FCKEditor like the
OTRS 2.4.x framework.
* Added persian (farsi) translation, thanks to Afshar Mohebbi!

* Bug# 3942 - Buggy setting of FAQ Sub-Categories lead to
unwanted circular references. It was possible to
set a category as its own subcategory.

* Bug# 3943 - Empty / Secure categories are displayed in the
search. Public and Customer Users were able to see
internal category names in the search option field.

Inline images were only visible in the Agent-Inter-
face.

'new'. The default state of tickets for the
approval of FAQ articles can now be configured.

face. The search result was inaccurate when sub-
categories were involved.

Public and customer users could see the amount of
non-approved articles.

with a lot of sub-categories caused internal problems.

approval ticket. Now every time a change is made to a
ticket, an approval ticket was created.
