Title: Thai 't' Numberformat Modifier

Location:
http://specs.openoffice.org/calc/compatibility/Thai_t_numberformat_modifier.odt

Status: final 2.0.1

Abstract:
The Thai localized MS-Excel 97 version and later has a special feature
where the letter 't' occurring in a number format modifies the display
string such that Thai native numerals are used for output instead of
ASCII digits. OpenOffice.org will emulate this behavior for a Thai
locale by mapping the 't' modifier to the usual [NatNum1] modifier. The
MS-Excel import and export filters will map between 't' and [NatNum1]
modifier and vice versa under specific circumstances, see detailed
specification.
